When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 11 AM (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Malaysia (Peninsular): 2-4 business days
  • Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3-6 business days
  • Singapore: 2-4 business days
  • Brunei (Express): 3-6 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the courier’s website.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Any additional customs duties for international orders will be borne by the customer.
Can I return or exchange an item?

We only accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery for regular-priced items. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
What are the conditions for an exchange?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
