Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11 AM (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) with available inventory will be shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 11 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship to the following locations with the estimated delivery times:

• Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM6.50 (2-4 business days)
• Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) – RM14 (3-6 business days)
• Singapore – RM35 (2-4 business days)
• Brunei (Express) – RM90 (3-6 business days)
