We process and ship orders placed before 11 AM on the same day (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping rates start at RM7 for Malaysia, with delivery times ranging from 2-6 business days, depending on location. Singapore and Brunei shipping options are also available. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Delivery times may vary due to external factors, and we are not responsible for courier delays. Only regular-priced items in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging are eligible. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and price differences must be covered if applicable.
